The bread made with sourdough, the fresh pasta, the sardinian sweets, the jams, the preserves, the olive oil and the spirits, everything comes from a hand-made, hand-grown, small-scale production.
Su leunaxiu offers typical cuisine, with delicious sardinian old recipes, sometimes revised in a creative, more modern way, with a special care for vegetarianism and food intolerances.
